Our solution enables residents to sign up through a secure URL and access a user-friendly interface to submit their concerns or queries directly from their mobile devices. Each message automatically generates a ticket for property managers, ensuring no issue goes unnoticed. Real-time push notifications inform residents about ticket status, offering transparency and prompt updates.
Our React.js developers integrated an AI-powered system to provide instant and accurate responses for commonly asked static queries, such as gym operating hours.
