About Our Client: WastePlan is a part of Innoveco group, an innovative Waste Management Platform designed to streamline and enhance waste collection operations. The platform empowers waste collection authorities and companies to effectively organize data, optimize services, and manage their environmental impact. WastePlan facilitates real-time data analytics, enabling efficient waste management by categorizing and recycling biological waste according to specific waste types. Additionally, WastePlan offers this comprehensive solution as a subscription-based service to waste collectors, providing them with the tools they need to improve efficiency and sustainability in waste management.

We adopted a strategic and systematic approach to address the challenges faced by WastePlan’s waste management system to deliver a quick and reliable solution. Our journey began with intensive brainstorming sessions to fully understand the challenges and objectives of WastePlan’s current system.
