About Our Client: Widenpay is a financial technology platform that simplifies payment processing for QuickBooks Online users. Focused on efficiency and reliability, Widenpay empowers businesses to enhance their financial operations with a user-friendly and secure payment system.

To streamline payment processing for businesses, we developed Widenpay from the ground up. Our goal was to create a platform that simplifies invoice management and accelerates payments while reducing processing fees.

Our design team began by crafting intuitive mockups, ensuring a user-friendly experience that aligns with the brand’s vision. The development phase focused on building a robust Laravel-based system with essential features like invoice synchronization, transaction tracking, multilingual support, and seamless mobile access.

Key functionalities included an advanced search bar for invoices and customer details, failed transaction history, and a help page bot to enhance user support. We also implemented API connections using Intuit to sync for secure payment processing.

By leveraging Laravel, PHP, and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and jQuery, we delivered a high-performing, responsive, and scalable platform. Hosted on RunCloud and soon transitioning to Envoyer, Widenpay is now a powerful tool for businesses looking to optimize their financial workflow.
